The following terms constitute an agreement between you and Blackmores Limited ("Blackmore" or "we" or "us"), the operator of the Blackmores Academy website ("Site"). This agreement ("Terms and Conditions") governs your use of the Site, both as a casual visitor and as a member.

These Terms and Conditions are not intended to override or supersede the terms and conditions which apply when you use other Blackmores websites.

Content is written by us or writers we have commissioned, and there is also user-generated content such as comments. The content we write and commission is written by health experts and reviewed by medical and regulatory experts before it is posted. Content submitted by users is not reviewed or verified by us.

Everything we offer on the Site is referred to in these Terms and Conditions collectively as "Services." You must register as a member before you are able to use the Services on this Site.

2. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, as we deem appropriate. If we make changes we will let you know by noting on the Site that the Terms and Conditions have been updated. Your personal details such as your name, email address, profession and a password which you provided when registering with Other Blackmores Website are your credentials for accessing the Site ("Credentials").

You consent to the transfer of this information to and within Australia or other countries for processing and storage by us. Additionally, you agree that we may use your Credentials to authenticate you on any Service or the Site.

12. No Spam

You may not use contact information provided by our users, or harvest information about our users, for the purpose of sending, or to facilitate the sending, of unsolicited bulk communications such as SPAM or SPIM. You may not allow others to use your account to violate the terms of this section. We may terminate your membership or access to the Site immediately and take other legal action if you or anyone using your Credentials violates these provisions.

Members can post personal comments and discussions ("Postings") that can be accessed and viewed by other members. Postings are not confidential and that they will be designated as modules that can be clipped and pasted on other personal and community websites. You agree that the law of the State of New South Wales, Australia governs these Terms and Conditions and any claim or dispute that you may have against us. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us will be resolved by a court located in the State of New South Wales.
